    is it ok to mix L-glutmine with creatine???

    yes, the belief used to be that they competed for absorbtion but this is now known not to be true, I take them both post workout.

    I don't see any problem with that eya. That's what I do after my workouts, seems to work fine. I'm not aware of any chemical complications. I use unflavored creatine and glutamine and strawberry protein.
