Depends on how much fat and calories you're trying to consume. I never drink anythng but 1% milk.
During a bulking routine, what is the best type of milk to mix with your protien shake? skim, 2%, whole? thanks.

2% is the best IMO, anything less is too processed.
Personally I always use skim milk.....but as Prince said much of it will depend on your claorie goals as well as your desired macro ratios.

Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.
Skim milk would be the best as long as your not concerned about the 12G sugar per cup.
