    MRPs on a cut

Is it better to stay away from MRPs while cutting and just stick reg. protein powder, say, two scoops? I've been dying to try that Tropical Pack from Labrada. But, I don't know if I should wait till I am bulking again....

MRP's are fine as long as they stay in line with your daily caloric intake.

Freeman, I would stick with Whey, Strawberries and cream. That is your best MRP while cutting.

It depends on what brand, most use maltodextrin, I would use Lean Mass Matrix by Prolab (they even make a lighter versio with less calories) the carbs in it are whole grain carbs (low glycemic) and it has fiber and essential fats.

Yeah, I was just curious. I've experimented in the past with some MRPs, some are great (Labrada, Myoplex) and some are fucking horrid (Dorian's brand). So, there!

Flavor? Dorian doesn't need no stinkin flavor. He probably bites into his tongue till he bleeds before workouts.

I am a big believer in VP2 by AST, it's not the best tasting but I think it is a superior whey.

    Dorian's Brand MRP's

It's amazing how you stupid guys rate the MRP's on the basis of their taste! Go ahead little deep and you'll get to know that Dorian's Brand(I think it's Dorian Yates Approved) uses THE BEST PROTEIN on the market. Protien is very high in subfractions and growth factors. While MOST COMPANIES use protein that's manufactured as A BY-PRODUCT OF CHEESE MANUFACTURING, this brand (ProPeptide) treats CHEESE AS A BY PRODUCT & WHEY PROTEIN AS MAIN PRODUCT. That's why Propeptide deliver great results. The reason it's not very popular: Average taste and High Price. But Taste and price don't comes in way of results!

Wow man, a little angry aren't you? You dont' have to be an asshole about things. BTW, are you working for Dorian?

MY opinion - his MRP is WAY too thick and upsets my stomach when I drink it..it tastes like shit, yes, so I won't drink it.

Thumbs down Freeman 1504-You got me Wrong

I do not work for Dorian you tiny little buffoon. I was just posting my experience. Maybe you guys mix taste with muscle but I don't do. I've also tried Myoplex and other MRP's and they taste far better than Pro MR. I'm just saying that the It's PROTEIN QUALITY IS UNSUPASSED. It's just a matter of opinion really about what you have to say! And I'm not angry at all! Why should I be? We're here to discuss our experiences and everybody has his/her choice.
