Smoking does NOT make you relax...its a stimulant. You think you are relaxed because you are feeding your body the drug its craving.

Ok, so you are a beginner. Do some reading....there is a lot of stuff here in IM....do a search. You wanted help? We gave you our opinions...quite smoking. Bodybuilding will do nothing for you if you are dead.

Other than that...do as the others have all said - eat, sleep and train properly and don't expect it overnight. It doesn't happen.

How old are you? I bet not very old if I had to guess.

Alright we need to clear some things up.First, you said u want to gain muscle. Now you say you are too fat.So, which path are you going to travel? cutting or bulking? you can't do both. You are either trying to gain or trying to lose the fat.Maybe instead of putting on, you should try to lean out and cut the fat.the whole point of cutting is to see the well earned muscle gained during the bulking stage. so u need to make up ur mind dawg

I think you can do both, you just have to live with slower progress. For someone just starting out though they should be able to add muscle on a reasonably clean diet.

Tobacco, has some GABA activating compounds, plus nicotine bind acetylcholine receptors, which is anxiolytic, so it does have some relaxing mechanism.

Dopamine is also relaxing/satiating to many.

I don't want something that messes up my fat-loss plan.

    Oh!
And I'm not really new to bodybuilding, been excercising for 5 months, lost about 19 pounds ( wasn't serious about diet plan ).

I go to the GYM 7 days a week for an hour daily...
First, I start Cycling for 10-15 mins, then I hit the weights...

    First Day:
    Chest+Biceps
    Second Day:
    Back+Triceps
    Third Day: Lowerbody+Shoulders

    Repeat...

    Is this good ?

u need way more rest You should work each bp once every 5 days. You grow outside of the gym. Also, please don't buy anything Muscletech. A word of advice:
///Muscletech= average product for maximal price

Just get regular creatine and mix it with dextrose!

These are available in GNC in this stupid area...
    1- Mega Mass 2000
    2- Nitro Tech.
    3- Cell Tech.
    4- Creatine 6000-ES "By Muscletech"
    5- Designer Whey.

That's all I can find, related to muscle mass/growth..
it's like a Muscle Tech store only
Is there something that does the job?
