What should I use to gain muscle?

I'm trying to lose fat & gain muscle at the same time..
I'm using Xenadrine EFX " tomorrow my first day" using it..
I need help learning about muscle gain supplements, I'm actually looking for something that make my workouts more effective to the muscles, without screwing up my "weight loss" goal..

If it's a shake, PLEASE mention supplements with good flavor, I tried Xapp & Ultimate Grape, both suck, I can't even swallow them!

    Any ideas?

I actually heard that many supplements fill the muscles with water instead of real muscle gaining...
and when you stop using them, the muscles get smaller

So, are there any supplements that increase muscle gain by increasing the effectiveness of workouts?

Proper sleep patterns, and diet. Make sure you have a good amount of energy when you go to the gym, so you dont get tired half way through, so some oatmeal 30-60 minutes prior would be good.

Creatine and even Glutamine cause an increase in intra-muscular water retention, and yes if you stop taking them you will lose the water weight.

If you do not consume enough calories you will shrink as well, if you stop training with heavy weight you will shrink also.

There is no quick way to gain muscle, it takes proper diet & nutrition, dedication, and proper training, and most importantly patience.

Rather than spending your time, energy and money looking for a magical supplement (which does not exist) spend it on learning how to eat and train correctly.

Nothing but hard work will build muscles! And unless you go the illegal route and take steriods, there is no FAST way. It will take years! Quit being in a hurry!

Why in the world would you want to smoke in the first place?

It's unhealthy, it's offensive, it's expensive, it makes you stink, your breath smells like an ash tray. I cannot see one reason why anyone would want to partake in such a disgusting habit.

If your body is busy fighting off attacks on the immune system from the poisin your putting in your lungs, also affecting your ability to take in oxygen, I think the answer is obvious. You are also taking in particles of heavy metal from the air that hits the tip of the cigarette, which is hot enough to melt said particles floating in the air.

Do you picture standing over a campfire breathing in smoke, a good thing? I dont see how anyone in the world ever saw smoking as something that would not affect health, even if you discount the chemicals they put in the cigarettes.
