This would be a good place for others here, to post feedback, good, bad, or indifferent, rather than in DaMayors journal or elsewhere.

Also, as an FYI Beast is an experienced competitor and dieter, who also paid for his LG, this was an unbiased review.

I started taking it last Friday. I've been taking 1 TBSP a day, adding it to my mid-afternoon protein drink, but starting today I will take it with Crystal Light Lemonade a couple of hours later, just prior to leaving work. My "bad times" (ie, when no matter what or how much I eat, I'm still hungry) are from about 5:30 pm to about 9 pm. I'm hoping this will stave off the munchies.

I haven't had any headaches or abdominal discomfort as others have reported. Also, I haven't noticed any other unusual occurrences.
