need advice

hello all im new i posted on the new members didnt get any feed back so ill ask here im 6.1 240 big boneded and i just started lifting two weeks ago im going to GNC tomorrow id like to no what the best sub to get like protein or any thing i should start takeing i got enough fat to turn in to muscle i need energy to any info would be great i lift at home bench and i put some pullies up for cross overs thanks

Fat does not turn into muscle, and muscle does not turn in to fat.

We say this over and over here, focus on your diet and training, worry about supplements later. If anything, get a protein powder, that's it.

Well, it would be good for him to get a good anti ox and multi vitamin. Maybe start a lower sugar formula creatine too. definatly protein powder for the convenience. And I would recommend some essential fatty acid suppliments (flax and omega3 fish oil) since it can be a guessing game if he is not into watching all the foods closely.

There are many supplements that we could recommend as being "essential" or important, but if your diet is crap why even bother?
I say focus on perfecting your diet & nutrition first, then worry about supplements later.

thank for the help and prince i know fat dont turn in to muscle can you tell me what a good protein powder would be they all look the same
