Alcohol raises cortisol levels and that can lead to fat gain!

Hi Par, any further explanation. I know a lot of alcohol would obviously negate the effects of a fat burner but would one or two on weekends hurt, or does Lipoderm interact with alcohol in some weird way that would be unsafe to the body?

You will be fine, assuming you remain in a caloric deficit.

Ab-Solved will actually help a great deal with damage control, if you partake of the sauce regularly -- alcohol (as well as other drugs of pleasure) increase cortisol (is part of the reward/reinforcement response), as well as making you hypersensitive to the stress response (occurs in the hippocampus)
