Question Advice for Someone out of the loop

I havent used anything to enhance my lifting in a few years, so I am sort of out of the loop as far as what works and what does not. I see a few of the hot supplements right now seem to be TMM-100 and the Biotest line of products. I figured I would ask here as most of the sites with info are from dealers looking to move product. Are either of these products effective at adding muscle without a surplus of negative side effects???

Also, if these products dont cut it, what would you recommend??

Thanks in advance, this is a great forum

Biotest puts out a decidedly average line of products at premium prices.

I am as biased as they are however, so aside from that comment, I'll other others respond in more detail.
