    Hydroxycut??

I am interested in burning off a little fat. I am not overweight by anymeans. I am 6'2 and 185 pounds. I just want to lose some weight around my stomach. I want a more ripped look. I know that you have to eat well and do lots of cardio, but does Hydroxycut really work like it says? Is it worth the money? Thanks very much!

a caloric deficit and lots of cardio will get you where you want to go
Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.

Don't use the phrase "lots of cardio" too loosely. Diet willget you where you want too go, 'lots' of cardio will burn muscle aswell. Diet first then a moderate ammount of cardio/HIIT.

Only 185 @ 6' 2"?? You just need to get your diet in check. I weigh more than that @ 5' 9". If it's all in your stomach, you might want to try ab solved by Avant.

Hydroxycut is overpriced, get Xenadrine it's even better and cheaper, and get a good diet
