    question about supplements and diet

I have a very healthy diet and have a protein shake after my workout. I was wondering if this is enough to help me gain some mass or do i have to be taking a lot of supplements to truly reap the rewards?

    any comments are appreciated

alot of supps are not the answer, stick to the healthy diet as long as you are fullfiling the requirements needed to achieve your goals. Make sure to get in at leats 1 gram of protien/body weight. I recommend more like 1.5 though. You don't have to do it through powder, real protien sources are always good as well as. The diet is much more vital than some silly supplement, it is important you understand that.

ditto what gr81 said, also eating enough carbohydrates is important to build muscle as well, most people are carbophobic and they don't need to be.

I would never recommend anyone to use a fat burner or any other supplement until they have a clean diet in order. Hell I don't recommend fat burners at all but thats just me.

I agree. Too easy to rely on fat burners and ignore your diet. Not good............

Read the definition of the word supplement, and you have your answer.

That said, they can be an important part of ones regimine, if finances allow, and products are chosen wisely.
