Whats wierd for me, I am using Creatine (~15g) again and Ginkgo (4x normal), and I had monsterous pumps yesterday. Creatine has never done anything like that for me before. Also had 25mg Ephedrine before I went in.

I have read where it helps reduce brian trauma. I make helmet to helmet or helmet to pad contact every day at linebacker, and I haven't gotten any worse at IQ tests so maybe it helps me some.

Not that often because it never seemed to hit me like Ultimate Orange did years ago, it only seems like that one day that it really hit me, but I will keep using it now to see how it goes. I had a great workout, great pump, awesome energy, good mood - so I seek that again.

I am wondering about mild asparin too, hmm.

How old is he? I know a lot of high school coaches overexagerate the non scientific based side effect claims saying things to kids like "creatine will fry your liver." I don't know why they'd say that, and HW for your mom to read, I'm a 15 year old whose been taking creatine for like 4 months and the only side effects I've noticed are increased size, strength, speed, and muscle endurance.
