That is a ridiculous question to ask anyone...evryone is different. Try it and find out. Sorry to be rude but it shouldn't really matter...JMHO

it's only creatine Cell Tech at that You will notice strength increases. You muscles will probably appear fuller, but this is just due to creatine holding water.

Exactly...cell tech is not really going to make your bench improve...if you want to improve you bench try working on your triceps more and implementing some sort of powerlifting routine into your workouts...the answer is not in a bottle.

Actually DG decided your going to take Swole. All that crap is too expensive for me personally, I just mix powdered gatorade and optimum creatine, and the gatorade has more simple sugars then then grape juice even, and that gets me the boost I need.

Don't know about your weight going up, but the size of your wallet will be deflated quite a bit!

You don''t load with swole, so it will take longer to see much of a difference then white regular creatine and a loading phase.. I don't know about you HW but I'm not willing to spend 4 times as much money on my creatine for something that may add maybe 10% more than regular creatine would, it's just not very econonomically sound. Unless mommy and daddy pay for your supps then maybe but you're certainly not doing them any favors that way.

My first two weeks on plain old optimum regular creatine mixed in powdered gatorade I gained 6 pounds and doubled the amount of reps I was putting up on certain weights. Get back to me if Swole can beat that by any substantial amount. Hype and advertising garbage IMO.

You should be able to bench more since you won't be too tired from carrying around the extra money that was once in your pocket.
