    NO2 is so expensive and u have to take it with other supliments grrrrrrrrrr...
    bench:275
    squat:550+
    split leg deadlift:500+
    im 15 215
    never takin any suppliments just now starting tho.

    ok ive heard some talk at school about it but i dont know if its worth spending around 120 bucks to take it rather than celtec.

    IMO i wouldn't even waist my money on celtec. You can buy triple the creatine and buy some protein and glutamine while your at it.
