Im wouldn't, what position do you play? It might be okay if your smaller wit hlow BF % like a DB but looking at your stats you're probably a lineman so I'd stay away from it.

Take one look at my pre game bill for non-prescription painkillers and you'll see I'm no one to talk, but I just don't see any good reason to take yellow jackets pregame. Pre lifting sure, but under all the weight of pads, says its 95 degrees with a 105 heat index, you could be running some real risks for adverse affects.

A product containing 25 mgs of ephedrine and 300 mgs of caffeine. They just so happen to be my pre WO supplementation ritual.

Epehdrine has been proven to increase your intensity and ability to focus, not to mention you may see a increase in strength. Whether this is from the drug itself, or it stems from the increased intensity, either way it is good. The draw back is that it is very easy to fall into the trap of taking it before every WO and having it become an annoying, unhealthy habit. I have experienced this first hand. I wouldn't recommend it to someone so young, especially for a sport as intense as football, bad idea. Your heart rate will go through the roof.
