Stated in this month Physical (GNC magazine) that the way you "tell if you get a good whey protein isolate is if it foams after you stir it rapidly or use a blender. Let it sit for a coupe of minutes, and you'll see the thick foam rise to the top. Whey concentrate also foams slightly. A good whey isolate also acts as an emulsifier, meaning that oil mixes well with it without leaving oil droplets floating on top."

What do you think of this? Just wondering. I never let mine sit long enough to see.
