Women parts always have their uses :> but one must ask. The GF wants to know if its ok for her to take them. she read on how its good for fatloss and also for muscle mass. (she wants to be a bit stronger in the muscles because of an operation on her wrist muscles. She is working them out slowly but if this can help even 5%.

Whey wont help for fat loss or strength for that matter. One thing that whey builds in more lean muscle mass!

Hmmm....I just looked at the product again. I was mistaken. its another product. Thermo-lean. OOPS...sorry gents (and ladies). But still stands I guess. Whey for a women won't do any damage? I read that Soy for a guy is not good.

There are no problems with women taking Whey protein at all, fatburners are fine to but the dosage is less for ladies as far as I can tell.

I don't know of any reasons whey would be bad for a woman. Soy is not necessarily 'bad' for men, some studies just showed that having soy protein regularly can lower test levels.

Yes, whey products and women are both good!

    Oh, you were serious?

Soy is slightly moderately better for women because of its minor hormone balancing and calcium preserving. Minor.

Whey-based MRPs are perfectly fine for women.

Hi guys..... if you are still interested a here's a womans' opinion. I use whey and it doesn't bother me. I am a hard-gainer, I need all the help I can get to put on weight to equal muscle, not fat. Egg protien and whey concetrate are anabolic proteins. Whey isolate works as an anti-catabolic one. Anabolic proteins should be used before training to help lose stored body fat. After the workout an anti-catabolic one to highten insulin response. Disclaimer: If I am informed incorrectly on any of this and I need to be "re-educated" please, feel free....

I use Optimun Pro Complex (which has whey isolate something something). No problems.

I've tried Soy Protein in many different forms and bottom line is it just tastes NASTY.

If she can stand it though - she might want to try it!
