sorry everyone.. need help

    sorry everyone.. need help

    i prolly could have run a search but there's too much knowledge and too many variables and differin opinions.. i just wanna know if there was one supplement to take, what would it be.. my goal, to add lean mass, get stronger and bigger, burn fat, have energy.. 6' 210.. bf i'm guessin is around 14%.. i workout 3-4 days a week.. run 2-3 times a week for 20 min at 160+ beats per min.. i eat mostly meat, chicken, rice, salad.. i don't have a high carbo intake.. drink nothin but water.. no candy, no chocolate, no chips, no fastfood

    so can someone tell me what i need (if anythin at all)

    It will be really hard to add mass to your body on a low carb diet. If you want bulk eat more good food and train hard the gains will come. You can't get shredded and add mass at the same time.

    Most definitely if you use a quality product. The best ones contain some form of the ephedra/caffeine stack, but they are dissapearing quickly. However, their are some decent ephedra free products out there.

    I'm thinking about when I want to try and cut in the spring. What brands do you guys recommend?
