No supplement is going to give you a quick mass gain. If you're not gaining weight let's address your diet.

I also had an appendectomy and I do not see how that can be related to not be able to gain weight.

There are plenty of threads here on prohormone use. A quick search will inform you that used properly they are very effective, but should not be used by a relative newbie to training, and by an 18 year old who is no where near is growth potential.

If you truley lost 20 pounds in 3 days it would have to be mostly water weight, and you would re-gain it within a few days of normal eating/drinking.

You still have not posted your current diet. (I meant in detail what you eat each day, each meal, the exact food and quantity)

I know your itching to gain mass but don't be looking for a quick weight gain, do the little things everyday that will add up to mass over time. Bodybuilding is a marathon not a sprint.

And even though supplements prolly aren't your problem I would have to say the best supplement for big weight gain in a short time is creatine ( I gained six pounds in the first two weeks). Some of that weight is your muscles becoming fuller due to intracelluar muscle hydration but some is muscle. I don't think you should screw around with prohormones like those guys said but creatine is fine, and a good thing for you IMO.
    back for the first time....
