I weight 165 and am 5'9 and 21years old,i've been working out for like over 4 years without any supplements just a multivitamin and alot of water and sometimes some tribulus but very little.Ever since i started the HGH complex i have seen growth in muscle and in other places as well if you know what i mean. i'm starting to eat alot of yams, eucalyptos, spinach and yucca for its sterols and minerals. What do you think ? any opinions on what else i can take that i won't be ingesting into my muscles and later wont be able to keep what i get. I really dont want to get into anabolics or roids wanna keep it natural. i plan to go to the marines and am just looking to look nice and built strong and healthy. thanks...Paco
