    Post Supplements You Find Effective

    I'd like to hear what supplements you have found effective. I'll list my favorites and why.
    MRP's.....Convenience, I prefer the protein blends such as Met-Rx and Myoplex. I recently tried Opti-Pro and liked it. It would be hard for me to get 1 gram of protein per pound of lean mass without them.
    Whey Protein.....Keeps my MRP usage to one a day, saves money!
    Creatine.....It works, I dont take it on a regular basis. I cycle it every other month.
    ZMA.....I sleep well when on it and have made better than normal gains with its use. I cycle this also.
    Protein Bars.....Mid morning and mid afternoon snack/meal. NO SOY bars!
    Multi-Vitamin.....Time release type.

    I eat 2-3 regular meals. I try to follow a Keto type diet. I'm also heavy on fruits and vegtables.

    Misc. Supps.....Psyllium, added fiber and digestive enzymes.

    Funny, BroadStreet, I pretty much agree with everything that you say. I use:

    Protein powder: one shake a day after my workout
    Creatine: 5g after my workout (usually mix with coffee)
    Multi-vitamin: one pill with my lunch
    Protein bar: when I get hungry for a snack

    Seems to work well for me. I am shedding what little fat I have, but I think the high-intensity leg workouts play a big role there as well.

    Supplements I find effective? I think creatine works, I seem to be able to get one or two more eps since I started using it. Protein powder, a must to get the amount of protein I need daily. But no. 1 on my list that I will not do without is ZMA Since I started using this I sleep like a baby, seem to recover faster and have noticed some mass increase. It is the first supplement I can say I DEFINITLY KNOW IT WORKS!

    I like those methoxy isoflavones. MX7 by GEN. Protien is a must. This new ZMA ive been using hasnt seem to work as well. but it could be the fact it is getting warmer and i cant sleep in warm tempertures. (to cheap to turn on the air). Creatine worked the first cycle I toke. But the second time nothing. Im going to wait until summer is almost over and start again, its been almost a year. Multi vitamin and glutimine from vitamine world is good. (so far)

    Normally plain creatine mono as it's so proven and not so bad on price. Why protein Myofusion by Gaspari cause it taste do dang good lol BCAA's I use Scivation's Xtend. I mix it up on pre workout supps. I try to hit up the daily deals on Orbit to have supps for future stacks.
