My advice is to find either whey or egg, or a combination, not Soy.
I was at some store out of town and i saw this protein.....

i was reading around here to see how this is and i noticed mostly negative things said about soy products.. it was pretty cheap too.. just 13 bucks... well i was wondering.. should i use this..?? is it really that bad... btw i am 16... am i even too young to take any kind of supplements?..thanks in advance

Due to the way soy is processed supposedly it then becomes "bad" for you, raising estrogen levels etc
Soy is NO GOOD at all, toss that shit
alright..damn that was a waste of money ..oh well.. u guys think its ok to be taking supplements at age 16?
