I'm just asking a couple of questions in each forum. Get them out of the way now so I don't have to bother anyone later, eh?
Again, to any who read this, it's sincerely appreciated. The sheer knowledge of people here is overwhelming.
1. Creatine.
I haven't touched it in 6 months, so a "load" is definitely in order. I never loaded the first time, since it was the first time I'd ever taken it, and didn't know how my body would react - well, it had no reaction at all, so no fears now.
I don't really have, on a students budget, the funds neccessary to buy the latest, greatest transport. Will regular sugar be acceptable? If so - how much do I take to generate a sufficient spike? And how much are people recommending these days (in grams) for the daily loading phase? I'm 130 pounds currently (very fit).
2. Glutamine. I understand it well enough - but I'm going loopy with all the people that say "yes, you can take it with creatine" (in a protein shake, or just the two mixed together), and those that say "no, you can't". I need a yes or no answer - I really don't want to be wasting my hard earned money. Will absorbtion of either be hampered?

Yes you can take them together. Some may argue it, but I don't think there is any positive proof that they counter act each other.
