    Creatine Serum

    Question for all...

I am going to start taking creatine serum. The bottle i have says to take 10ml 30min before workout. Also, on non workout days to take 5ml in the morning and 5ml in the evening. All on empty stomach.

There is a site ( http://www.absolute-creatine.com/5.htm ) that I visited when i was doing a little research and they advised that when taking the serum you only need 2.5ml of the serum before workout.

They also said that the reason manufactures suggest taking more is to have you go through the product faster to buy more. As far as i can tell, there is no definative answer as to how much to take, when to take it and whether to take on days off or not.

I know that the answers to this will be a lot of "opinion" but that is what i am looking for.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Take it however you want, or pour it down the sink, either way you will get the same amount of gains.

Yes but it is being absorbed within a matter of minutes. Not days or months.
