You have to eat your way past it, I know of a guy that I have mentioned many times who started out at 137 pounds and is near 300 now. Like a couple other people he consumes about 7,000 calories a day or he starts losing weight.
i'm stuck on the 160-165 mark at the moment, (and thats on creatine)
I'm still living with my mum n' sisters (in a relativly poor household), they all into diets and salads (and eat a fraction of what I do). I try my best to get lots of cals but its really hard as there ain't much food around, all my part-time job income goes on food n' supps, until i get settled and do my own thing its gonna be hard to really add weight, thats why I'm gonna rid most of my BF soon (coz i got no excuse not to be really lean at the mo)
Obviously if these guys started out skinny and need that much, you wont because your not that light and your not yet 300 pounds.
This guy I believe also claims to lose weight @ 6,000 calories a day, he was formerly the holder of the worlds largest arm title, 6'5" and 25.5" arms. He could crush a brand new can of soda with two hands which I believe the soda company estimated to be around 600 pounds of force, but I forget.
