    WanT 2 Get BiG !

    Hi guys/gals,

I'm 5'9" at 147lbs. Have high metabolism (sucks!!). Which supplements are best and would suggest I should take. Whey Protein? Creatine? Weight Gainer? or all 3 at the same time?

    Please advice. Thanks

Eat real food, worry about supplemets later.

IF you have trouble eating enough food and have a high metabolism then utilze an MRP.

true, real nutrition is always best. But he stated that he has a very fast metabolism, therefore i feel that taking n large 2 in conjunction with real food would be best.
