    "Gain Fast" supplement??

    Hi guys/gals,

What do you think about "Gain Fast" supplement? Is it any good? Has ne1 tried it before? The only reason i'm asking is b'cuz i don't get to eat much, knowing my work schedule and 12hrs shift, i rarely have time to eat. I need something that will give me the calories I need to gain weight fast.

Gain Fast is a Great Weight Gainer. To the best of my knowledge, this is the only weight gainer in the world which has HIGHEST PROTEIN PER SERVING!!! (Hard to Believe). I persoannly carried out intensive survey and compared over 20 different weight gainers from 30 odd brands!
I personally can guarantee you you'll find better results than Prolab's N-Large. Gain Fast is cost effective too!
You must have it or atleast give it a try!

I seem to remember the NLarge not living up to its claims twice over, both times they said they fixed it.

If you're looking for performance wise, try Dorian Yates ProPeptide MBF or Beverly Intll. Mass Supplement.
These two are light years ahead of N-Large and other weight gainers!

Thats' right. But not everyone can go on eating like pigs day after day after day..........Mass gainers are indeed very helpful.
Suppose you've 8 meals per day...4 of them will be solid meals like you just said...and remaining 4 will be Mass gainers shakes...which I think is great as you'll be getting close to 1000 Calories Per Serving! when combined with low fat milk!

Too bad that it contains Aspartame and Acesulfame Potassium.

C'mon. Acesulfame potassium is PERFECTLY SAFE.
Regarding Aspartame, the quantity you'll get in 4 shakes a day is JUST TOO LITTLE TO CAUSE YOU ANY HEALTH PROBLEM!
Go with the best. Go for Dorian Yates ProPeptide MBF or Beverly Intl. Mass. You won't regret your decision.
