so i got a thermogenic supplement, and i'm taking whey isolate regularly, and i would assume the two together is effective... but would tacking on creatine as well be worth it? sorry if this is sitting around right in front of my eyes or is a stupid question to ask.
the main side effect of creatine is it makes each little muscleskeletal cell soak up a little water. when these billions of cells soak up water you get an increase in muscle size, increased size increases workforce. So by soaking up water you get bigger stronger and heavier.
Now throw a diuretic in there (Ephedrine) and you piss it away!
if losing bodyfat is the goal , creatine inhibits fat loss , so its not a good idea to combine creatine and ECA
Skip the creatine. Simply get a good diet to cut with, proper balence of cardio intensity and duration, a good split, and most importantly the patience to lose 1lb or less a week, and you will not lose any muscle mass.
After word plan on taking creatine and packing more muscle onto your lean frame
