Ok heres the deal, I am getting gains, but all my friends are taking some type of creatine, especially cell tech-- i was wondering what everyone though about it.. and what would be the best idea .. cycling on it or what?...... i also heard as soon as you get off it you lose all, or at least almost, you gained... ... i was just wondering what everyones take on it was and if they had any advice...
somehow trying to get the abs but bulk at the same time.......

You do not need to buy overpriced Celltech, and you do not need to cycle creatine. Creatine does cause intramuscular water weight gain, and it can be lost once you stop taking it.
so there are no long term benefits?
