    Post Clif Bar

I just tried a Chocolate Java Avalanche Clif Bar. It's pretty damn good. It's got whole espresso beans in it, which I love. Very tasty bar! 250 calories, 5g fat, 43g carbs (5 fiber), 10g protein. Now I can't wait for the caffeine to kick in.

I also like the carrot cake Clif Bars. Very comparable nutritional info as the one above.

Just wanted to share the info.

I don't think we bought it at Shaws - it's just a matter of time before it hits mainstream!

You've got to be careful with those Clif Bars. The good ones taste really good, but the bad ones are really bad. It's a hit or miss with those things. It's like you either get one that tastes like a cookie, or it tastes like dirt. Most of them give you 250 calories, 10g protein, 5g fiber, and lots of vitamins and minerals. For 99 cents, it's worth the gamble.
