Maybe it's just me, but ephedra free never does anything for me.

Consider trying Hot-Rox. It's definitely NOT one of those INEFFECTIVE EPHEDRA FREE THERMOGENICS! Although expensive, this product is great!

Animal Cuts Ephedra Free is also pretty effective with all the thermogenic factors, thyroid regulators, DIURETICS(Completely Herbal) in it. But it may be very strong thing for the starters!

Anybody have had his/her hands on Lean system 7. I've head a lot of impreesive things on that!

I say go with the ephedrine. I tried the epha-free products but they haven't done anything for me. Do you guys cycle your thermo's? If so how long of break do u give yourself before you start up again?

I tried Hot Rox and didn't reap any benefits from it. I quit taking the Xenadrine with Ephedra to try Hot Rox........NOPE......it only haulted my weight loss.....Then I tried Lipo 6.....and made a difference. Again, Lipo 6 had ephedra and caffiene.....woohoo...talk about being wired.

GP -- After my bottle of Lipo 6 is gone, I'll have to remember to try Redline.

Yes, give REDLINE a shot. It is pretty intense and has some really effective fat burning compounds in it.

In regards. Isn't a good idea to "cycle" your thermogenics so your body doesn't get use to one specific thermo?

It actually gives your receptors time to recoup. After a certain time, your receptors quit responding to a certain amount and needs more and more to get the same effect. This is why people OD on it.

Studies on ephedra have shown that while its energy producing effects dissipate with time, it fat burning effects get better! I think you can effectively stay on ephedra for alot longer than people think, but you must watch your muscle mass...if you are having alot of trouble gaining muscle or if your strength is going down you could be going catabolic.
