Earwax, Have you ever checked out protein factory? Better product than Designer at half the price. I pay 47 dollars including shipping for 5 pounds of higher quality product.

How does it taste Charger? I want something that tastes good like Designer. I'll give it a try if you say it's good.

Depends on what you order, it will tell you if it taste good or poor. I use a formula called lean gainer which is 25% Hydrolyzed protein and it warns taste is not the best and it's not bad but not good either. I have also gotten a formula which was for right after you lift and taste pretty good.
I have used designer and it does taste good but if you go to this site check out some of the things they say about it. The taste may not be quit as good but I believe the quality is better and the price is MUCH better! If you are going to try it don't throw away your old container or your scoop. This comes in bulk.

For me, taste is pretty important. I like the pure protein bars and designer protein drinks, but you're right they are expensive. Nasty tasting stuff, I just won't eat. I wish there was a way I could taste test them before buying bulk.

Thanks Charger, I'll give it some thought.

Earwax, I agree taste makes it easier to drink, but lighter weight makes it easier to lift also. Food for thought.
