It is an amino acid which converts to GHB which in turn is supposed to raise GH levels. I think that is the theory. I havent heard much good about it as a supplement.

I went out and bought some today so i'll give it a try. It's from Dorian Yates's company and the label says that it boosts growth hormone, testestorone, recovery and r.e.m sleep. I bought it because I don't seem to be putting on much more muscle and my recovery rate between workouts seems to be very slow. Whenever I try working out two days in a row I feel like I've got a cold, hopefully the gaba will help.
