    there are alot of things i've seen out there like ZMA by Bio-Test, Zmass PM etc.. that say promote muscle growth by just raising zinc and magnesium? Is this a better alternative than Andro or will it have the same effects

    Zinc and Magnesium are necessary for testosterone production, naturally. It was found in a study that athletes were lower in theses minerals, and by supplementing them it raised their natural T production.

    I take ZMA, but I cannot tell you if it really works or not. The one thing I can tell you is it helps me sleep!

    ya, but would that elevated testostorone level have the same effects as like andro, i'm trying to get an idea if it will stunt growth also

    It supposedly aid in using your own growth hormones that are used during your sleep. Aids in repairing too. ZMA make your deep sleep longer, you body grows in your deep sleep. You get what I'm saying. NO ITS NOT LIKE ANDRO!!!!!

    i c, well ya i decided not to go with the andro (for now) maybe in the future, but this wont effect my growth? i'll try and do some reaserch too
