ok, i just ran out of protein about a week ago and just went to GNC to get some more. This time i got GNC's own Pro Performance brand, i guess they were supposed to be redone or something, i got the Chocolate flavored Pro Performance 100% Whey protein
i mixed 2 cups 2% milk
2 scoops of chocolate flavored protein
I SWEAR IT TASTED LIKE CHOCOLATE MILK.. IT WAS SOOOOO GOOD, i would definetly reccomend this to anyone, i was seriously amazed at how good it tasted, i know its pricy, but i drank it in like 30 seconds it tasted so good! go and try

Actually I always thought that Protein Shake tastes really good when blend with milk, and it's not even on the 'force to drink' side. Personally I add 2 scoops of Simply Protein Whey Vanilla Flavour with 200 ml of HL (High protein low fat) milk, and it's great. To give my body a treat, soetimes I add in a little bit of ice-cream and King milk, ahhh...awesome.

I don't have a great body, but as long as I work hard like now, I'm gonna reach there.
i missed the advice on GNC maybe it was personal but sure would like to know, i have a feeling it relates to prices since they seem to be a bit higher but maybe im way off here. anyway i can get the same stuff (excluding gnc products) for 20% cheaper at the smoothie factory and now i am rambling so................................
