    Avant 4-AD Derm Transdermal

I'm considering doing the 4-ad derm with 1-ad,and 6oxo as my next stack.
Can I apply it once a day for a month cycle instead of twice per day for two weeks? And is there any problem if I have a playful 3 year old boy?
One more question,Will it help keep my libido up during and after cycle?Tks

It should be applied twice daily to keep blood levels constant. You canuse half the dose if you want it to last longer, but you should settle on an appropriate daily dose, and split it in half.

You will not want your sone to come in contact with the area(s) of application so cover up and be careful.

Yes, it should help your libido.

Thanks TPeak,I thought this thread would get your attention.I may consider putting it on before work and before I train or after.Does it wash off well? I may just leave off in the evening when I'm with the kid so I don't need to worry.
You said it should be applied twice per day.Would morn and afternoon do it?Tks

So morning and again at night sounds best. One more question, does the stuff get you pumped and wired causing insomnia or restlessness?
I'm one of these sensitive guys who can't take anything after 6pm or i'll be up all night.Appreciate the feedback.

    1) Never experienced sleep problems.

    2) Spread it as thinly as possible, best in "thin-skin" areas.

Ab-Solved would help you from gaining excess abdominal fat if you are planning exceptionally high calories (which you should be).

No, that is pretty much a crock.

Eat carbs around your activity. Eat low GI carbs throughout the day when you are bulking and using PHs.

Eat plenty of protein and some fats too. I assume you are looking to get the most bang for you buck, so chow down.

Eat carbs around your activity meaning before and after training I take it which is what I'm doing.Just avoiding evening loads.
How about off cycle carbs per pound of body weight?
From the sounds of it we should mostly avoid simple carbs and only eat low GI carbs.Correct?
Actually I don't like doing bulking cycles because I feel bloated from food and fattened up.I'm just trying to work out a continual building diet.Staying ripped and strong and putting on muscle.I know it's a slow gainer but feels better.Your ideas?? Tks TP

TwinP, I just read your carb cycling article again which is excellent.Well done but have a Q.Why bother with cycling if we can just maintain at a moderate level? And if we do cycle should we be doing high-low carb days on training days and no carb days off?? As you know Ivé been doing a strict low carb high protein diet for two years and am now incorporating more carbs to build but want the fat loss. Sorry for the back to back questions.Appreciate your time.Tks

Regarding carb cycling, why? Well if you are satisfied with your condition and your progess, then stick to what you are doing. What I am offering is an alternative, and effective alternative, for cutting. I have had several people, including myself and Jodi, who have achieved conditioning like on no other "diet."

Next installment will incorporate bulking, recomposition, and how to schedule your workouts.
