Post Nitro Tech, and a few questions

I'm currently drinking Simply Protein Whey and it's gonna finish up soon. Thus should I try this Nitro Tech, or just continue sticking with SPW?

Also, what is Glutamine, Mynoplex, and is it compulsory to eat Creatine before AND after a workout or is it fine just to eat before the workout?

I don't have a great body, but as long as I work hard like now, I'm gonna reach there.

Stick with simply whey, or a cheaper alternative.

Glutamine an amino acid that is believed to have anti-catabolic properties.

Myoplex is an MRP made by EAS.

Only "eat" it AFTER you workout.

    Thumbs up

I haven't tried the VW rip-off of nitro-tech, but the cell-tech ripoff they have tastes exactly the same, and actually has a little bit more stuff in it.

*** I don't see why it would make a difference. I used to be a believer that taking creatine at optimal times would be the most efficient way.
I now take mine before working out after I took someones advice. I have found it doesn't make a differnce in my experience therefore I would experiment to see if it does make a difference or not.
