After a good bout of using Fitday...
I am still not getting enough protien. I thought I could get enough from a diet, but I guess I need a supplement.
So, I need a protein supplement? Best bang for the buck out there? How do I make them, just mix with water or milk or what? |

You don't NEED a supplement......The only shake I have is right now post workout but I have had days, and still do (ie non training days), were I have met my protein requirments (260-300g). You just need to be really specific with your diet and eat, eat, eat.
But supplement wise my favorite whey protein supps are Optimum nutritiun whey protein and EAS pure protein. The Optimum is cheap (5lbs for $30-35 depending on were you shop). The EAS is a little more expensive (3lbs for about $30). |
