That is correct Andro does not work, but 1-AD is not Andro.
Hey everyone. This is my first post on this board although i have been reading it regularly for a very long time. Anyway, I have been contemplating taking 1-AD latelly, but saw a article today that made me 2nd guess it. It was in the new Mens Health magazine(Twords the beginning of it.) The article said that Androstene simply doesn't work. A study was done in Texas, and the subjects took Adro(didnt say how much, or what product) over a period of a month and it concluded that it had 0 percent on them gaining any muscle mass at all, and hardly boosted testosterone levels. I was just wondering what other people thought about this. Do you think the reason people can see such good gains off of Andro products is because they are on it and they mentally feel stronger, and possibly the weight gains are from eating more while on them??Just looking for some feedback before i go out, and spend alot of money on 1-AD. I have tried many supplements over the years that promised the world, and only hurt my pocket.. Thanks guys!!

Like Prince said, they are two totally different substances. Old andro is a dione. Most Ph's now that are good are a diol.

TP is correct.Originally posted by Twin Peak
The original wasn't.
From this thread on M&M:dione v. diolOriginally posted by ChemicalPA The original 1-AD was 1-adione, but it had some harsh side effects. That is why it was switched to 1-adiol
Note that ChemicalPA is Patrick Arnold on Avant's board.

I stand corrected. Was it ever made available to the public? All I remember is diol.
