    Post creatine amounts

i'm taking twinlab's creatine stack fuel.. reccommended dosage is 6 pills a day, but i cut it in half since i'm not that big

its about .83 grams of creatine per pill, i take one breakfast, lunch, dinner

this is rougly 2.5 grams per day w/ pills

after i work out i take an additional 2.5 grams total=5 g only when i work out

my question is does it matter that i take such a small dosage throughout the day, or does it even matter?

It doesn't help, but it doesn't hurt (except for the fact that you are wasting money).

BTW, buy the powder next time.

5grams should be enough per day, but you tell us. Have you noticed any difference since you started taking it? If so, then 5 grams is enough to do it.

I use Weider creatine (capsules) every day, and after a work-out EAS Phosphagen (powder).
