    Muscle Nitrous by VPX

Does anyone know anyhting about this product?I read a little about it. It seems like just another "NO" product, but that's not like VPX to jump on the bandwagon. Is there anything that sets this product apart from others like it on the market.

    The formula is simple:

    3000 mg AKG
    50 mg magnesium peroxide

All in polylipid delivery system...this is what sets it apart. Here is some more info...

    Magnesium Peroxide

The earth is composed of over 100 elements, the most abundant of which is oxygen. Oxygen is essential to the survival of all living matter. We can live without food for weeks and without water for days, but take away our supply of oxygen for just 4 minutes and death is almost assured.

For athletes a lack of oxygen will severely hamper performance by causing an increase in lactic acid in the muscles and a loss of energy. Without sufficient oxygen, your muscles will reduce glucose into lactate and release hydrogen ions into the muscles, leading to pain, cramps, and fatigue.

Magnesium is important as a necessary factor in ATP production, nerve cell health, and the reduction of asthma and migraines. Normalizing magnesium levels in the body has also been shown to have a positive effect on muscle pain and cramping as well.

Increased tissue oxygenation is part of a new frontier in performance enhancement, and magnesium peroxide is leading the way in this area.

    Polylipid Delivery

After Liposomal Delivery was introduced into the world of prosteroids by VPX, the standard in orally ingested hormonal products was set for others to follow. However, never one to rest on his laurels, Jack Owoc has now taken yet another step forward in prosteroid delivery technology with the introduction of the Polylipid Delivery Matrix. Engineered in the biotech industry it involves an open-ended polymer. Put simply, the polymers’ two open ends attach to two specific active ingredients and form a “vortex-like” long chain. This system works similarly to a liposome, but it is significantly more efficient because it binds to the active prosteroid and “pulls it” into the body rather than a liposome that hopefully will form around these gigantic molecules. It’s far more stable and consistent than current liposomal technology and is a true quantum leap in delivery technology. Natural phospholipids used in conjunction with the Polymer aid in the hydrophilic molecule’s absorbtion so the water soluble ingredients can still get greater absorption (liposome delivery). This new in-house technology was developed in conjunction with a master biochemist that holds seven world-wide pharmaceutical drug delivery patents and is made possible by VPX’s new state-of-the-art custom designed chemical engineering equipment that reduces particle size down to less than one micron.

VPX is never at rest, and continues to lead the way in not only introducing the most effective compounds available for physique enhancement, but delivering them into the body in the most effective, efficient, and reliable ways possible.

    AKG and Nitric Oxide

Nitric Oxide (NO) is known in scientific circles as the muscle’s “cell signaling” molecule. It plays a role in oxygen delivery, blood flow, glucose uptake, power output, nutrient delivery, and muscle growth. Boosting levels of this compound in the blood can aid the muscle-building process tremendously. A specific form of the natural amino acid arginine, known as AKG (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate), can help mediate the chemical reaction necessary in increasing the output of NO and the myriad of benefits that come along with it.

I don't think that ANY NO2 product is going to promote gains in the same way as creatine or prohormones might. It is a supplement that will help you produce a better pump in the gym, perhaps give a lean bodybuilder better vascularity, and maybe over time help you add some more muscle from increased nutrient storage. But don't look for gains on the scale each week.
