    Post Need more ANDRO advice

ok, I think i'm gona take Universal Grow Pro. My friend has taken it a few times and has had good results with it, at first i was thinking about taking BIOTEST's andro spray's but then i decided that it wouldn't be a good idea since i'm still young. Grow Pro does have some ANDRO's in it called DHEA, i'm not quite sure what it is but i have listed the ingredients here

    Supplement Facts

    Serving Size: 10 Capsules

    Servings Per Container: 10

Amount Per Serving % Daily Value*

    Zinc 15 mg 100%

    Creatine Monohydrate 5000 mg **

    L-Glutamine 2000 mg **

    Acetyl-L-Carnitine 500 mg **

    L-Leucine (BCAA) 250 mg **

    L-Isoleucine (BCAA) 250 **

    L-Valine (BCAA) 250 mg **

    N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) 200 mg **

    Tribulus Terrestris L 250 mg **

    DHEA (Dehydroepiandrosterone) 50 mg

so, to me it doesn't seem like there is alot of ANDRO in it, but i don't know much about anything.. lol. If i used this for ONLY 10 Days, will it cause any damage? I'm talking about growth plate calcification. Mule told me that is due to too much testostorone broken into estrogen, which calcifies the growth plates then stops growth. Can I take this for 10 days and thats it, should i take some anti-estrogen thing? Gimme some good advice

There is no andro in Grow Pro. And you're right, if you're under 30, you should not take andro's.

Tribulus is a herb that is supposed to mimic the hormone LH, which stimulates the testes to produce testosterone.

DHEA is a precursor to testosterone and estrogen. The only positive effect it can have on you would be if you were deficient in it. But generally, this wold not be the case until you are arounf 50 years old.

So, in a nut shell, you're taking some amino acids and creatine, with a little bit of zinc.

ya, i know i probably shouldn't I just want to try it out. you say it has no andro's but it has the same tesostorone boosting effects?

If i took it for 10 days it shouldn't do damage?

I don't care about extra test. i know i probably have enough, its the other stuff. I don't know what did it for my friend but he got alot stronger in a few days

Go ahead and try it. It wont do nothing in 10 days. I told you take a rest then go back to the gym and do it again. Most likely that is what you need to get over that plateau is REST! These kids from Cali gesssh!

    Zinc 15 mg 100%

    * If you are not zinc deficient this will not boost your testerosterone levels at all.

    Creatine Monohydrate 5000 mg **

    * This is the ingredient that caused your friend to get results from this product. Go out an buy some creatine and stop messing with pro-hormones.

    L-Glutamine 2000 mg **

*If you are getting enough protein, you are getting enough glutamine.

    Acetyl-L-Carnitine 500 mg **

    L-Leucine (BCAA) 250 mg **

    L-Isoleucine (BCAA) 250 **

    L-Valine (BCAA) 250 mg **

    N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) 200 mg **

    * Same here, if you are eating enough protein you are getting enough of all of these. They are simply amino acids, nothing more.

    Tribulus Terrestris L 250 mg **

    DHEA (Dehydroepiandrosterone) 50 mg

    * Enough hormone to boost test levels to a level that will cause side effects, but not enough dose to benefit you.
