    Pepper's 1-AD Trial

OK, I have been taking 1-AD for a couple of weeks now and wanted to provide some feedback and also ask if this is a supplement you'd recommend to someone on a cut.

I had a should injury that I had to go to PT to get fixed. It is back to normal now provided I warm it up properly. I have not been able to train my chest using anything other than decline bench press for the last couple of months. I wanted some help in getting back to heavy chest work not to mention the fact that I could barely train my shoulders at all.

My results after 2 weeks are as follows:
    1) I am clearly stronger. Almost overnight, my workout weights increased across the board.
    2) My weight is up 10 lbs. I know that some of this is water but I feel safe in saying NONE of it is fat. I just had my BF checked and it is WAY down.
    3) My sex drive has substantially decreased. This is not altogether bad as I have been much more focused on work and training than normal b/c I am not worried about getting laid all the time. This has had the unexpected benefit of equalizing my and my wife's sex drives. I am not bothered by this, but most probably will be.

So, after just 2 weeks, I give this product a

    What brand are you using?
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

    Hey Pepper,
What type of shoulder injury did you have? I have subluxation in my left shoulder which I had orthoscopic surgery for about 4 years ago. I have been lifting religiously for a year now with some soreness here and there. I was avoiding the bech press like the plague but added it back into my routine, now I have killer pain that has kept me out of the gym all week!! I also seem to have problems with bent rows and military press which I also avoid. How long was your PT and how long before you could get back to lifting some real weight?? Any advice on what exercises to do for bad shoulders and which ones to aviod?? Thanks for any info you can provide!!!!

Nice results. That's a very low dose as well.

And, yes, would be very good on a cut.
