    Thumbs up Andro Experiment

Ok as of recently I started to take a product made by Sci-Fit. It is called 19-norandrostack II. This is a great product IMO, but I am starting to get shoulder acne which makes me believe that it may be a little strong. I currently take 2 capsules 10 minutes before I lift(directions say 1 in morning, and 1 before bed). The reason I take it before lifting is because it seems to give me a boost of energy, and when I took it before bed I had a helluva time trying to sleep. In the past 3 weeks I have shown excellent gains in all areas. I max every other week, as to show my improvements. I will list them Bench-30Lbs, Squat-50Lbs, Military Press-50Lbs and others that arent really necissary. I have also gained 10Lbs. My training might have something to do with this so here is my routine: MWF-shoulders and arms. THS-chest back and legs. Finally here are the ingredients to this suppliment:

    Ingredients per 2 capsules:
    100mg 19-Nor-4-Androstenediol
    200mg 19-Nor-Androstenedione
    200mg 4-Androstenediol
    100mg Androstenedione
    250mg Tribulus Terrestris
    200mg Saw Palmetto
    200mg Chrysin (Dihydroxyflavone)
    50mg Zinc Picolinate

What do you think? Any input is greatly appreciated.

I smell placebo effect. It is an all-in-one product. All of the actives are underdosed and due to the poor bioavailabilty of the compounds you are probaly getting very little active in your system.

Ooh... What could be causing shoulder acne then? I have never had any acne EVER. Now that I am taking this I am getting it?

the formula doesn't seem that great, chrysin should not be in there. it doesn't stop conversion to estrogen and I think it down grades the effectivness of the andros'. And about the shoulder acne the compounds are still converting to "something" and it could still be androgenic even if it is not test...maybe
