Transdermal users. . . Advice please

I am looking into buying some Super One+, but I have a few issues I want to resolve first.

    1. Do you have to apply this before you work out? I train early in the morning (4:30 am), so I usually train then take a shower. Would it be just as effective if I applied it after I take a shower?

    2. I read the directions on 1fast400 and it says to apply it twice a day with a 12 hour gap. So, if I were to apply this around 6:30 am, my next dose would be at 6:30 pm, which is right in the middle of my last class. Is it necessary to appy it every 12 hours or can you wait a little longer? What do you guys usually do?

    3. What are the typical areas for application (chest, arms, shoulders)?

    4. Last one (sorry). What dosage do most people usually take. On 1fast400 it say 6-9 squirts twice a day. Would this be alright? I know that when people do a cycle of 1ad, most people take 600mg a day even though the label says 300mg.

Sorry for all the questions, I just want to make sure I know what I'm getting myself into. Thanks in advance to whoever replies.

Application on clean skin is best. You should avoid sweating for at least 2 hours after application. So in your case, I would wait til after you workout. As long as you apply it routinly and consistently, it doesn't matter if its before or after your workout

12 hours is the recommended dosing-it doe snot have to be exact. I would apply some more as soon as you get home. I am using Noraderm and I usually apply first thing in the morning and then around 9pm or so. The key is to not miss doeses ect.

    3. What are the typical areas for application (chest, arms, shoulders)?

Any thin skinned areas-feets, forearms, inside of biceps, calves ect.

I would start on the lower end of what the bottle says-upping the dosage gradually to peak your cycle. See how your body responds.

Cool thanks Leslie!!! What's Noraderm? Another thing about Super One+, I've heard of people getting rashes. Has anybody experienced this? And what can you do to prevent it or treat it?

    Welcome.
Noraderm is another transdermal-(Androstene and Nor-diol), Its by Avantlabs, but no longer on the market

Rashes would be an individual thing. Havent heard of anyone yet. If it happens you would need to discontinue the product I am afraid.

Dosages for oral and transdermals are not the same. You get better absorption with transdermals so the dosage will be almost half.
