    HDT Protein Powder

    Anyone ever use it?

I have always used Designer whey but tasted this chocolate powder(swiss chocolate) and cannot go back. I actually enjoy it. And at 55g protein and 6 carbs for 2 scoops who can complain.

Anyone ever heard of the brand?

Hi Leslie,Ivé used HDT alot but doesn't taste too good and has too much gum(harder to digest and doesn't mix with other foods well).I like Optimum Nutritions much better. However if your really into sweet nice tasting powder it wil be hard to find a really good low carb one because they usually aren't sweet or thick and always alittle bitter.
I really love MYO Plex but 24 g's carb per scoop and has aspartame as a sweetener.
Here's a thought,if your doing Twin Peaks carb cycling you can get to higher carb proteins for high carb days and low carb proteins for low or no days. But we still need to consider sigars and digestability.
    Try OP's 100% whey,the chocolate is pretty good,and lots of aminos.Good quality.Or Syntrax nectar(expensive).Aloha!

Jodi says no high protein powders, but I wasn't suggesting super weight gainers.I was thinking of the powders with say maybe 8-12 g's per scoop.Unfortunately they taste better.

I love HDT! Just a little expensive. Good blend too.

I guess we all have different tastes but the stuff doesn't mix too well, gets pretty lumpy.
    The chocolate is better.

So I'm sure the one your using is much better. The 6 pounder is a basic Whey.
I think we are comparing different ones.I haven't tried yours yet but hey if you like it it's usually more expensive.
I'll look around and see if I can find it cheaper. You might try DPSnutrition.com also

DPS Nutrition has it for $38.00 per 4 Lbs. and yes it's swiss chocolate
Not sure about the shipping costs but I would order a few things to ultimately save.Even with the shipping it will be cheaper than what you have been paying. I believe.

Is this Haycock's company? Primer and Driver? If so Les, I believe we are sharing/neighboring booths with them, and you can tell him how much you love it.
