    Plasma Expandor users???...

Just got my first ever order of supps. Got the plasma Expandor. Now the question that I have to those that have used it before is, do you need to or can you load this product like others do with other creatines? Thanks for any info...

I do not think it is neccessary to load. I only found loading needed when using plain creatine. I have only used Plasma Expandor once, but I felt it's effects right away. The pumps it gives are insane.

No big loading period is needed. Just use 2 servings daily for one week and then drop to one serving daily thereafter. For some, even a half serving per day works well (those under 180 lbs).

Thanks for the info...but one more thing; This morning was the fist time that I took the stuff, and I got to be honest, the stuff taste like crap! To the point that I thought I was going to "Puke". Is there anything else that this stuff can be taken with besides water that can maybe hide the crappy taste? If its as good as everyone says it is then I would love to continue with it but the taste is just down right crappy.

Also how is the best way to break up the two servings for the first week, one before and, one after workouts?

Truly, guys thanks for taking the time to answer all my questions in advance!!

I am the type person that taste does not bother me if the product is effective. I say deal with it, not trying to be rude. I would have one serving with my preworkout meal and post workout as you mentioned.

No, the taste isn't great. Flavoring certain ingredients can be very difficult sometimes, and VPX is not about to lower the potency of the product by removing ingredients or lessening the amounts to improve the taste.

Perhaps you can mix in a little juice or just hold your nose and down it! The results you get will make it taste much better very soon.
