L-Glutamine or Glutamine Peptides?
I've been reading for a long time now. Everywhere I read, it says that Glutamine Peptides are better than L-Glutamine. Because Glutamine Peptides are peptide bonded and absorbs faster than L-Glutamine. Also it is not absorbed via competitive absorption mechanism, so it can taken with your protein and creatine while L-Glutamine has to be taked alone in plain water!

I use both VPX Ultra Pure Glutamine and Sports One GP2 (peptides), so I have my bases covered to take it whenever I wish. |
