Does Nitro Tech have

Does Nitrotech have creatine in it? I've been told it has 5 grams of creatine in it. But it doesn't list it on the bottle. Anyone of know, or heard anything like this?

Nitro Tech has no creatine in it. Cell Tech has the creatine, which is about 5 grams per scoop and you are suppose to take two a day. Now I have heard that you can only absorb 5 grams per day so I only take one large scoop. If anyone has any thoughts on this please enlighten me

i know about the celltech, so i was confused when first hearing this. I ask why wouldn't they list it, and i got back "Well, if you know the Nitrotech had creatine in it, then you wouldn't need to buy the celltech". I'm still not sure, i don't see why they would have it added in the protein with out listing it.

Wrong...Nitrotech does have creating in it. It is micronized. If you look at the ingredients you will see it. They do not state the exact amounts. Probably becuase it is not much.

You can only do short phases of large amounts of creatine known as a building phase, but after a while your body doesn't deal with as well. Usually resulting as bad stomic cramps. According to what I read your allow suppose to use 10g for a month when starting then move to 5g to maintain levels.

Taking too much can give you diarhea actually. But 5 grams is efficient enough. You don't have to load creatine. "Loading" is just a word saying "use all the product a.s.a.p to you can spend your money faster when you run out."
