    while on...

1AD and super 1+ can I work out more?
Friends tell me give each muscle group 2 - 3 days off.

Then I heard while on steroids one day off is all you need for each muscle group.

Since these are strong supplements can I work out on the same level as a roided person ?

In theory yes, make sure you are eating enough to compensate.

One day off is enough if your doing sissy workouts.

You would think pros would train like this if it were a good idea huh? Yet they usually have a 7 day rotation, nowhere near what you are talking about.

    Day 1 Chest/Triceps
    Day 2 Back/biceps
    Day 3 Legs/shoulders
    Day 4 off
    Day 5 repeat cycle

Concentrate on compound movements w/ low reps on the first workout and more isolation higher reps on the second of the cycle or you could incorporate both in each workout. The main thing to remember is you do not grow in the gym.
